Why Choose This Service?

• Frustration-Free Tech: Eliminates the confusion of passwords, syncing, and confusing setup menus so your device works perfectly from day one.

• Senior-Friendly Customization: We optimize your device specifically for senior comfort by enabling extra-large text fonts, high contrast, and voice-command shortcuts.

• Stay Connected Easily: We set up your video calling, messaging, and voice features so you can stay in touch with family, friends, and doctors with just one tap.

• Patient Tutorial: Our friendly, background-checked technicians don’t just set it up—they sit down with you and teach you how to use it at your own pace.

How to Prepare for Your Visit

• Charge Your Device: Ensure your new smart device is unboxed and fully charged (or plugged into an outlet) before the technician arrives.

• Have Passwords Ready: Please have your home Wi-Fi network name and password written down and ready to share with our team.

• Gather Account Info: If you want to connect existing accounts (like Apple ID, Google, Netflix, or email), please have those login details handy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All Sales Final: All service purchases are non-refundable once the on-site booking is completed.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service appointment up to 24 hours before your window starts at no additional cost.

• Item & Compatibility Issues: We do not offer refunds if the parts, bulbs, furniture, or tech equipment you purchased are incompatible, incorrect, or arrive with missing or broken pieces from the manufacturer. If we cannot complete a service due to a faulty third-party item, we will pause the visit and help you reschedule once your replacement items arrive.

Our 3-Month Workmanship Guarantee

• The Promise: We stand behind the quality of our work. If any service, repair, assembly, or installation performed by our team fails, loosens, or malfunctions due to a workmanship error within 90 days of completion, we will return to fix it for free.

• Exclusions: This guarantee covers our physical labor and installation quality only. It does not cover the natural burnout of lightbulbs, hardware or software failures of third-party products, pre-existing home issues (like faulty wiring or plumbing), or damage caused by standard wear and tear and exceeding manufacturer weight or usage limits.

• How to Claim: If you notice an issue with our work, contact us immediately through our website or by phone with your original order number so we can prioritize your repair visit.
