Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All Sales Final: All service purchases are non-refundable once the on-site booking is completed.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service appointment up to 24 hours before your window starts at no additional cost.

• Item & Compatibility Issues: We do not offer refunds if the parts, bulbs, furniture, or tech equipment you purchased are incompatible, incorrect, or arrive with missing or broken pieces from the manufacturer. If we cannot complete a service due to a faulty third-party item, we will pause the visit and help you reschedule once your replacement items arrive.

• The Promise: We stand behind the quality of our work. If any service, repair, assembly, or installation performed by our team fails, loosens, or malfunctions due to a workmanship error within 90 days of completion, we will return to fix it for free.

• Exclusions: This guarantee covers our physical labor and installation quality only. It does not cover the natural burnout of lightbulbs, hardware or software failures of third-party products, pre-existing home issues (like faulty wiring or plumbing), or damage caused by standard wear and tear and exceeding manufacturer weight or usage limits.
