Why Choose This Service?

• Eliminate Dead Zones: We strategically place your mesh nodes to blanket your entire home in fast internet, eliminating frustrating dropouts in back bedrooms, kitchens, or porches.

• Frustration-Free Setup: Avoid dealing with confusing smartphone apps, messy activation menus, or fighting with internet service provider tech support lines.

• Senior-Friendly Access: No more squinting at tiny, confusing router stickers. Your custom, large-print laminated cheat sheet makes connecting new devices completely effortless.

• Professional Care: Friendly, background-checked technicians who respect your space, patiently explain how your system works, and leave your home spotless.

How to Prepare for Your Visit

• Have Equipment Ready: Ensure your new router or mesh Wi-Fi system box is unboxed and in the main living area before the technician arrives.

• Confirm Internet Service: Verify that your home internet service is active and your internet provider's modem is powered on and working.

• Gather Your Devices: Bring your top 5 favorite devices (like your phone, tablet, and smart TV) into the main room so we can connect them to the new network rapidly.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All Sales Final: All service purchases are non-refundable once the on-site booking is completed.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service appointment up to 24 hours before your window starts at no additional cost.

• Item & Compatibility Issues: We do not offer refunds if the parts, bulbs, furniture, or tech equipment you purchased are incompatible, incorrect, or arrive with missing or broken pieces from the manufacturer. If we cannot complete a service due to a faulty third-party item, we will pause the visit and help you reschedule once your replacement items arrive.

• Exclusions: This guarantee covers our physical labor and installation quality only. It does not cover the natural burnout of lightbulbs, hardware or software failures of third-party products, pre-existing home issues (like faulty wiring or plumbing), or damage caused by standard wear and tear and exceeding manufacturer weight or usage limits.

• How to Claim: If you notice an issue with our work, contact us immediately through our website or by phone with your original order number so we can prioritize your repair visit.
