• Add-On Pricing: Each additional sensor beyond the initial 8 included items is set up for just $49.

• Hardware & Service Provision: The SimpliSafe equipment itself is not included; this fee covers installation labor only. Active monitoring subscriptions must be purchased separately directly through SimpliSafe.

Why Choose This Service?

• Safety First: Eliminates the danger of seniors climbing ladders or chairs to mount high wall sensors, sirens, or ceiling smoke detectors.

• Flawless Configuration: We ensure every entry point and motion detector is perfectly aligned, placed within communication range of the base station, and free of blind spots.

• Preserve Independence: Secure your home with professional-grade defense against intruders or environmental hazards without waiting on family or friends to build it.

• Patient Tutorial: Our friendly, background-checked technicians will sit with you to program your master PIN, test the panic buttons, download the app, and practice arming the system until you are fully comfortable.

How to Prepare for Your Visit

• Gather Your Equipment: Ensure your SimpliSafe box and all purchased sensors are unboxed and in the main living area before the technician arrives.

• Have Passwords Ready: Please have your home Wi-Fi name, Wi-Fi password, and your smartphone app store password written down and ready for our team.

• Plan Key Placement: Think about where you would like the physical Keypad and the Base Station placed (e.g., near the front door, on a bedside table) so we can map out your system instantly.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All Sales Final: All service purchases are non-refundable once the on-site booking is completed.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service appointment up to 24 hours before your window starts at no additional cost.

• Item & Compatibility Issues: We do not offer refunds if the parts, bulbs, furniture, or tech equipment you purchased are incompatible, incorrect, or arrive with missing or broken pieces from the manufacturer. If we cannot complete a service due to a faulty third-party item, we will pause the visit and help you reschedule once your replacement items arrive.

Our 3-Month Workmanship Guarantee

• The Promise: We stand behind the quality of our work. If any service, repair, assembly, or installation performed by our team fails, loosens, or malfunctions due to a workmanship error within 90 days of completion, we will return to fix it for free.

• Exclusions: This guarantee covers our physical labor and installation quality only. It does not cover the natural burnout of lightbulbs, hardware or software failures of third-party products, pre-existing home issues (like faulty wiring or plumbing), or damage caused by standard wear and tear and exceeding manufacturer weight or usage limits.

• How to Claim: If you notice an issue with our work, contact us immediately through our website or by phone with your original order number so we can prioritize your repair visit.
